Currently the active setting will be “Optimize for best appearance”. The setting we are interested in is under General > User Interface options. To access this setting click on File > Options. Now that the issue is identified, this can be fixed by changing a setting in the Options menu. (If you can’t find an email that is being tracked, simply track any email in your inbox for testing purposes.) To find an email that is being tracked, simply look for the small people icon in the upper right corner of your email list. If you reference the below picture, you will see that we are viewing an email that is being tracked (1), and the tracking details pane (2) is white or blank.

Due to a summer update (August Office Insider Update) certain settings will prevent the add-in from displaying the tracking details pane, which is normally found at the bottom of your Outlook window when viewing tracked emails.
